Other School of Music alums such as Amy Whitcomb, who appeared on The Voice, and past Noteworthy members are featured. The arrangement was created by BYU School of Music alum Catherine Papworth Williams and has been sung in the group for years, even before they became officially sponsored by BYU. A music video was recently released featuring Noteworthy’s version of “How Great Thou Art,” also included on the album. “I think it is important to show both sides in concerts and make sure the audience knows they are there to have a good time and are in a safe place where they can feel happy and hopeful.” The album includes songs written by Noteworthy’s director, Keith Evans, unique arrangements of traditional hymns, as well as a rendition of “There’s a Place for Us” by Carrie Underwood. “We have a couple of oldies we have revamped that are really fun and jazzy,” Wilcox said. ![]() It will showcase selections from their new album, which focuses on inspiration and inner peace, as well as more upbeat numbers.
